    1. Complete a Quote for services

      • Xero:

    2. Assign responsibility for clinical work to an employee, and complete the Work in Progress Register

      • Filepath: 

    3. Draft an email to the client with the forms listed below to the client

      • Power Diary: Clients > Communication > Email > Client Onboarding Email Template 

    4. Ensure the email has the attachments below:

      • Referral Form

      • Customer Service Agreement (unsigned)

      • Service Provision Risk Assessment

      • Quote

    5. Once the client has completed the forms, ensure their client profile is complete in Powerdiary. Ensure the following particulars are up to date:

      • Funding category

      • Referral

      • Client type

      • Contact tab

    6. Ensure all scheduled appointments are in the assigned practitioner's calendar

    7. Ensure all upcoming appointments are in the client's practitioner's calendar, and ensure that the appointment location is accurate (e.g., Gold Coast Clinic).

    8. Email the client their Client Welcome Pack using the Client Welcome Pack Email Template in Powerdiary.

    9. Ensure the Client Welcome Pack Email has the inclusions/attachments below:

      1. Appointment Schedule

      2. Handbook

      3. Charter

      4. Customer Service Agreement (signed)
