Who We Are
We are a dedicated team of allied health practitioners passionate about Occupational Therapy. Our therapists are here to help build the physical, cognitive, and practical skills needed to live safely and independently at home and in our community.
We operate as a mobile practice, bringing our occupational therapy services directly to the comfort of your home.

Our Referral Pathways
To help us get you started with our occupational therapy services, please let us know whether you are connecting with us through the NDIS, aged care programs, or as a private pay client.

As an NDIS registered provider, we deliver capacity building supports to self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants.

You can pay for your occupational therapy sessions in full privately, and claim a Medicare rebate of approximately $58 to $75 per session if you have an active Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan from your GP. Please note that Medicare covers up to 5 allied health rebates per calendar year across all eligible disciplines.

We offer specialised subcontractor services to aged care providers, offering clinical support under both the Support at Home (SaH) funding model and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
