The first step in our referral process is to submit our enquiry form so you can get further information about our availability and costs. You can also email or phone us to get this information.

You can refer to NDIS publications for further information about categories of Assistive Technology (AT) and home modifications when completing our enquiry form.

We value your time and we will accordingly aim to provide you with a prompt response within two (2) business days.

We will complete a Customer Service Agreement (CSA) with you before we commence any services or supports for you.
